Tarek Haouari

Tarek has over 10 years of experience in leading law firms (Fidal, KPMG, Opleo Avocats), where he developed a comprehensive and strategic view of international cases.

He primarily focuses on individual and wealth taxation for a clientele of entrepreneurs and individuals (executives, managers, founders, artists, top-level athletes, retirees). He has notably conducted tax advisory sessions during international sports competitions. He also provides support to businesses (French and international groups, mid-sized companies, SMEs, micro-enterprises) in managing their tax issues.

Additionally, he has developed expertise in assisting services dedicated to managing employees in international mobility situations (human resources, compensation and benefits, shareholding, payroll). In this capacity, he establishes internal procedures and conducts training sessions.

Tarek works fluently in English and collaborates with a network of foreign partners to offer comprehensive and operational management of cross-border cases.

Tarek also serves as a lecturer in tax law at the University of Paris-Nanterre.
